Cornmeal porridge


This porridge was cooked on Valcie’s grandmother farm, with all fresh and organic ingredients. Vacie has tried to recreate it in London, but says it will never taste the same.



Homeground corn flour from dried homegrown multi-coloured corn

Fresh grated ginger

Fresh grated coconut

Whole unpasteurised milk straight from the cow

Fresh sugar straight from the cane



Mix all the ingredients and simmer in a cauldron over an open fire.
