Recipe

Place 3 or 4 rashers of bacon onto the grill until crispy and golden for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side. Deep fry 3 or 4 pork sausages for 4 - 5 minutes in vegetable oil.

Take one fresh tomato and cut in half and place on the grill for 2 - 3 minutes. Take half a dozen button mushrooms and slice, then place onto the grill with a drizzle of oil for 2 - 3 minutes.

Fry two eggs in vegetable oil for approximately 2 minutes. Keep the yolk runny. Alternatively serve with poached or scrambled eggs.

At the last minute, prior to serving, place two white or brown toasts in the toaster and spread with butter.

To assemble the plate start by placing the bacon and sausages around the outside of the plate, place the two eggs in the centre leaving space for the baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. Toasts to be served on the side with a builders tea, coffee or orange juice.
